We 'discovered' The Sandlings Centre in 2001 and immediately fell in love with the tranquility of the Site. It has been our second home since then and we spend as much time as possible at our Lodge. The Site is always very well maintained and is an ideal location for exploring the beautiful Suffolk coast.

During the time we have owned a caravan holiday home at the Sandlings we have grown to love the peaceful woodland setting. It offers us a perfect
retreat from our busy lives, as soon as we turn into the drive the pressures and stress of everyday life just fall away.
The Sandlings Centre is well kept, quiet and friendly, it also offers a safe environment for children. As I often stay in our caravan on my own I always
feel secure and happy in the knowledge that the owners are only a phone call away. Wendy, Jodie and Tim are always available if you need any help or advice and they all work hard to keep the Sandlings a welcome haven of peace and tranquility.
One of the reasons we fell in love with the site is the abundance of wildlife, especially the many birds and occasional deer that frequent the site. If you want club houses and entertainment then the Sandlings is not for you but if you love nature and are looking for a site which is unspoilt, secluded and clean then I can highly recommend the Sandlings.
We love exploring the surrounding countryside, rivers, woodlands and coast. The town of Woodbridge has interesting shops, old buildings and places to eat as well as a beautiful riverside setting which is always alive with boats of all sizes going up and down the river. The many villages in the area offer craft shops, lovely old pubs and local foods. There are several golf courses and riding centres as well as many lovely quiet country lanes for cycling. This whole area of Suffolk offers the keen walker many miles of footpaths through varied habitats and beautiful scenery, from dense woodland to coastal footpaths and heathland walking.
When we were searching for a holiday home we visited several other sites along the coast but knew as soon as we arrived at the Sandlings it offered us the perfect place for the type of holiday lifestyle we both enjoy.
A deightfully quiet and peaceful setting, with nearby coastal, wood and heathland walks, yet close to the shops in Woodbridge and within half an hours drive of other towns as varied as Ipswich, Felixstowe and Aldeburgh. Howard & Sylvia Land
